All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order and tracking details.
We partner with trusted courier companies such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for reliable and timely delivery. The courier partner for your order will be mentioned in your shipping confirmation email.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time through the provided link or by visiting our Order Tracking page.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make up to 2 re-attempts. After the final attempt, the order may be returned to us. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct for smooth delivery.
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or regional restrictions. We will notify you in case of significant delays.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We’ll resolve the issue quickly as per our Replacement or Refund Policy.
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options will be introduced soon.
