For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos/videos of the packaging and product for verification.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and standard return policies will apply.
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired one.
