1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for opened food items, perishable goods, or products damaged due to mishandling.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for processing returns.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:
Opened or used masala/spice packs
Customized or discounted items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
3️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos/videos of the packaging and product for verification.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Our team will verify your request and arrange pickup if eligible.
Ensure the product is packed securely for return shipping.
5️⃣ Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–14 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6️⃣ Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and standard return policies will apply.
7️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:
Check your bank or wallet account again.
Contact your bank or payment provider as processing may take extra time.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired one.
