🧾 Cancellations and Refunds

At GK Masala, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review the policy below to know how we handle cancellations and refunds.

1️⃣ Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel an order, email us at support@gkmasala.in with your order ID.

2️⃣ Refund Eligibility

• If your order is cancelled within the allowed time, you will receive a full refund.
• If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
• Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality checks.

3️⃣ Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

4️⃣ Non-Refundable Situations

• Opened or partially used products.
• Products with tampered packaging or missing labels.
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
