However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help you with returns or refunds.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.
The product is damaged, leaking, or expired upon delivery.
The package is tampered or opened at the time of arrival.
Please raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at
support@gkmasala.in
with your order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Products
Opened or used products.
Products without original packaging or seal.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
Items purchased during sale, combo, or clearance offers.
3️⃣ Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your request is approved.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or UPI.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
4️⃣ Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
The replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days after verification.
If the same item is out of stock, you may choose another product or receive a full refund.
5️⃣ Return Shipping
If the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged product), we will bear all return costs.
If you ordered the wrong product, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
